Steve Morley
Owner/General Contractor
Steve’s work as his father’s painting apprentice exposed him early to the construction industry. He grew up painting, updating and fixing homes.
This family company soon became part of the fastest growing HBA statewide, helping new tradesmen and company owners progress and succeed with hopefully less painful and expensive learning experiences than those outside the HBA. Steve is a huge advocate of advancing building science technologies and techniques and believes Research and Development is a key part of progress and success.
He has an Associates Degree in Paramedic First Responder with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Emergency Medicine with a minor in Spanish and Biochemistry from UVU. Steve also taught as an Adjunct Professor for UVU until he obtained his General Contractors license and began renovating homes full time with his team.
Steve and his beautiful wife Daniele have 4 kids. They all love to read, play the piano and of course, tackle dad when he gets home! As an avid snowmobile enthusiast, when not involved in church callings or honey-do's, he can often be found in the backcountry after a good winter’s storm!
Jake Jaynes

My name is Jake Jaynes, and I am the current manager at Built Cabinets. With seven years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve built a solid foundation in both hands-on and leadership roles. I spent four years with Built Construction, gaining valuable trade experience, and the past three years managing all operations at Built Cabinets.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Utah Valley University. This blend of field experience and academic knowledge has equipped me with the skills to ensure that each of our clients’ projects meets the highest standards.
I was born and raised in Utah. Five years ago, I married my beautiful wife, Kaylee, and we recently welcomed our first child into the world. I love spending time with friends and family. When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active through fitness, golfing, snowboarding, and dirt biking.
